These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "Customer") and WeHealthy ("we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website wehealthy.co (the "Site") and the purchase of any products offered through the Site.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Site and at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your province or territory) to make purchases. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.
• Notify us immediately at info@wehealthy.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability on the Site are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, colors, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our sole discretion. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.
• Prices do not include applicable taxes (GST/QST/HST) or shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item's correct price is higher than the listed price, we will contact you before processing the order.

We ship to addresses within Canada and select international destinations. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
• Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
• If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

• 30-day return window: you may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
• Condition: products must be in their original, sealed packaging with all labels intact.
• Return shipping: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
• Refund method: refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
• Exclusions: opened supplement containers, gift cards, and promotional items are not eligible for return.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, videos, software, and the WeHealthy brand identity, is the property of WeHealthy or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including using false identities or payment information.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
• Scrape, mine, or harvest data from the Site without our written authorization.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Resell our products without our express written consent.
• Post or transmit defamatory, obscene, or offensive content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeHealthy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to:

• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Site content.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any third-party conduct or content on the Site.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeHealthy, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by WeHealthy. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
